RETURN POLICY
Here at Zambony Couture we care about our customers and want you to happy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at support@zambonycouture.com
As everything is unique and created with great detail and love, we have few requests regarding any return.
- You have 10 days from when your order was delivered to request a return, whatever the reason.
- The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its labels and accessories. And in the box it was received in.
- Returns are free within the Continental United States
However, if you want to use a different courier, you will be charged for the delivery costs. We recommend that you choose a trackable delivery service, so that you can trace your package at any time.
- Items must be shipped within 10 days of delivery date to be approved for return.
- No returns or exchanges on any special order items. Customers have 24 hours from the order date to cancel the order. Thereafter, cancellations will not be accepted.
- As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks.
- If successful, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.
